PVC front door locking systems

When it comes to our PVC front doors we place a lot of importance on having high quality locking technology from the well-known company Winkhaus. Depending on your personal requirements a range of different types in various security classes are available.

3-Point hook bolt locking (2 swivel bolts)

Two solid swivel bolts made of steel grip deeply into the keep rail and take firm hold of the frame. Simultaneously, the conical design of the swivel bolt working toether with the tightening adjustment of the Winkhaus strike plate and keep rail provide excellent closing function.

Additional to the 3 point hook bolt a Sperrbügelschloss is also available as additional extra.

5-Point hook bolt locking (4 swivel bolts)

Four solid swivel bolts made of steel grip deeply into the keep rail and take firm hold of the frame. Simultaneously, the conical design of the swivel bolt working toether with the tightening adjustment of the Winkhaus strike plate and keep rail provide excellent closing function.

Automatic locking (2 swivel bolts)

This locking variant goes into operaton as soon as the door is closed with automatic locking effected by 2 solid swivel bolts which grip deep down within the keep rail. Opening the locked door is carried out as normal: from within by activating the door handle, from outdoors with the key.

Modern convenience

Electric door opener

The E-opener is fitted with a feature in the lock itself that allows electrical opening of the door using a special flip switch within the locking assembly.

  • For all conventional keep rails
  • The 180° rotational assembly allows right or left side mounting
  • Symmetrical shape
  • The opening process moves the door opening strike bolt inside the door opening assembly. This means that the usual catch cutout in the frame is no longer necessary.
