Aluminium front door profiles

Our 3 chamber aluminium profiles (Heroal System) stand out due to the foam-filled central chamber and the three-tier sealing arrangement to provide optimum heat insulation. The floor threshold allows barrier-free access and is provided with thermal sepaation. Our aluminium profiles are available in 2 sophisticated design versions which can be combined with the matching filling variants.

Classic style

Heroal aluminium front door profile Classic

The Classic Profile is an external flush fit profile with frame thickness of 72 mm on the internal side. The total construction is then 82 mm deep.

Our Classic Profile can be optimally combined with a door-fill accessory.

Modern style

Heroal aluminium front door profile Modern

The Modern Profile is an external recessed profile with rounded edges and 82 mm frame thickness internally. The total construction (including sash) is then 92 mm.

Our Modern Profile  can be optimally combined with a door-fill accessory.

Foam-filled central chamber

Our aluminium front doors are fitted with foam-filled chambers whereby the central chamber is equipped with an additional insulating block to provide supplementary heat insulation.

Even better heat insulation can be attained with a single external insulation filling up to 55 mm or double-sided filling of 90 mm resulting in total door thickness of 100 mm.

Our warp-reducing sash guarantees optimum functionality and sealing at all temperatures. All year round.

All of our aluminium front doors are fitted with warp-reducing sash. A quick comparison shows: reduced deformation of up to 5.9 mm less using warp-reducing sash.
